2. What This Site Is For
This site describes an appointment generation service for independent financial advisors. Elevated Advisor is a lead generation service. Nothing on this site is tax, legal or investment advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
3. Using This Site
This site is intended for licensed insurance and financial professionals. Do not use it to submit anyone else’s personal information, and do not upload client data. Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the site.
3a. These Terms Are Not the Service Agreement
Nothing on this site or in any advertisement is an offer capable of acceptance. If you decide to buy, what you receive, what it costs, how appointments are counted and credited, and what happens if either side ends the arrangement are set by a separate written agreement between you and Walker Thomas LLC. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
4. Text Message (SMS) Program
Texting LEADS to (757) 832-1920, ticking the consent box on a form, or submitting one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, opts you in to messages from us. Our texts come from (806) 230-6004 and (757) 832-1920.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The demonstration. When you opt in, an automated assistant will text you from a separate number as though you were one of the retirement leads we generate. This is deliberate: it is how you experience the system rather than hear it described. That assistant is software, it stays in character, and it will not acknowledge that you are an advisor. You can end the demonstration at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing Support@ElevatedAdvisor.com.

Opting in also means we may email you. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
